I do not accept orders for the embroidery of any products. All my collections are created exclusively by inspiration.

Now, there are no possibilities of getting payments with credit cards issued in the Russian Federation and Belarus.

All bought goods, like embroidered pieces or materials, are sent via Latvia Post.

You will get access to digital products like courses and masterclasses immediately after payment.

Digital items and goods from Tools and Supplies are non-refundable.

I am not responsible for possible damage to goods resulting from transportation. Such goods are non-refundable.

Return of finished products, such as jewellery and accessories, is possible within 14 days of receiving the parcel. The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be possible as soon as I receive the parcel.
